Her poems give me a feeling of nostalgia for moments I've never even experienced. Her words are so wonderful.

Whenever she speaks I enter an entire new world. Only 5 minutes and I felt as if I was reading a novel.

Sarah's speaking voice is spoken poetry itself.

She started speaking and I thought she was just talking, when in fact it was the beginning of her beautiful poem. So natural and effortless, I love Sarah!

Her poems are so soft and gentle. I want to write poetry like that.

She and Phil Kaye have the most beautiful speech patterns. The words just flow so organically and their poems are such a joy to hear.

That was beautiful. Only 5 minutes and I've been taken on a journey.

Keep the Sarah Kay poems coming (and I will keep crying and stuff.) I adore this poem, this poet, this performance.

Sarah Kay is so perfect. She's like, to me, the older woman in the bikini who seemed to have all the answers that I admire and wish to become someday. Keep the good stuff coming!

I JUST finished watching "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind!" Damn, how serendipitous!!

I love this! It's nice to find a beautiful poem that isn't full of pain, cynicism, or rage, but that reminds us there is still some good in the world.

She is an amazing poet. She makes me cry of joy when listening to her

I love Sarah Kay so much, everything she writes is so meaningful and personal and it really draws a listener in.

I love this poem. I grew up around Montauk in Long Island and I always love it when people from the city visit. Yeah, it's annoying when they don't know basic stuff (like the cat, really) but it's cute and heartwarming to think the place where I've lived my whole life and still love today is some vacation or get away for someone else. I guess I take it for granted l

Everyone has a Montauk where their moments were made and forever stuck in time.

"In Montauk, I can take my time." Nostalgia kicking right in.

She really is born to do this, her words flow flawlessly every poem. I don't understand.

She has a talent to decorate life

I always come back here whenever I feel tired. This poem of hers is an absolute favorite of mine.

I'm amazed at the beginning and how she slowly threads the familiar tone of poem into what seemed a lot more like a conversation and explanation o:

Sarah's voice is so soothing and calming. She could read me a dictionary as a lullaby and i'd be asleep before she hit aardvark.

it's very clear pal, which is, in some places (peaceful ones), you do things just for fun, for relaxation but in other places (like cities or the places people rush to just to make ends meet) people desperately do that same thing but for making a living. In general, Sarah wants to express that Montauk is a very peaceful place, where she feels life 'slows down' everytime she comes there. You're welcome!

I'm so in love with her poetry. 5 minutes of it and I'm smiling like there's nothing wrong in the world :)

Sarah speaks so beautifully this poem becomes far more than a poem just because of the way she speaks. It's beautiful.

Sarah Kay has spoiled me for other poets. I don't want to even test the waters of another poet. I know they may be good, great or dare I say better than Sarah but why tempt fate when I think I have perfection already. Oh yeah Thank you Sarah and who ever else brought her to me cos now she is mine.

No less then what's expected from Sarah! Personal, magical, touching and very playful- this woman's got her words figured out ;) Made me chuckle!

I only discovered her recently because of my girlfriend who told me she started slam poetry all because of her and I can definitely see why. Sarah Kay does this thing where she lends you moments of her life and for those few moments you get to see life through her eyes and its the most beautiful ever.
