So many quotes “could be dead tomorrow” “Sarah could get through anything” 😢

R.I.P Sarah. She went through a lot. I just wish she had found the happiness she was so craving for. She's with her grandad now who will take care of her. She was a lovely down to earth young lady who in my opinion was taken way too soon. I'm gonna miss her 😢😘❤

Yes, she obviously desperately wanted a child, if only she'd been granted that wish. Very very sad. Seemed like such a big hearted & 'real' person. 😢🌸🌈

I like Sarah Harding even more now. She seemed so genuine and down to earth.

Watching this after she has died. She had a sad childhood re what her father did and must have affected her relationships later on in life. She was a VERY beautiful and wonderful character. What a very sad loss. Hope she has met a Mr Right in heaven and is having all the babies she wants. We need to thank god for giving us such a beautiful character as Sarah such a shame for such a short 39 years. She would have been stunning even at 60 !!! Xxxx

Sarah said she "lives in the moment" and doesn't save...... i am so glad she's had this attitude throughout her career, so she could enjoy her well earned money . i'm not a saver , we never know what is around the corner , may aswell spend because tomorrow is never promised.

Just stumbled over this by accident. She's always been my fave in Girls Aloud (along with Cheryl) and this show kinda made me love her even more. She seems like such a loveable person! And while watching this my brain refuses to believe she no longer walks on earth. I was devasted when I heard that she passed away. Taken way too young. I really hope she found her peace in heaven 🥺🥺 Gone but never forgotten, RIP 💛

Sarah we still love you and miss you and we are still watching and seeing you gorgeous girl. X

She also realised that which a lot of people don't. Spending your 30s/40s in a job you don't like for a retirement you may never have....

Sarah was a fragile soul fighting her demons I think, so sad she was taken so young before she could feel settled and happy and find someone who loved her for her, bless her

This was a lovely interview/analysis of Sarah. Just shows that she was a normal woman with normal needs and wants! She wanted a family and was nervous being scrutinised. So lovely that she trusted Lucy enough to open up to her, and that Lucy gave her space when she needed it. RIP Sarah!

Such a bubbly, fun, introspective and thoughtful lady. So sad she's no longer with us, she'd have been rocking that stage in 2024 for Girls Aloud's belated 20th anniversary tour

Despite the sad loss of the beautiful and endearing Sara, the fact that this Documentation remains is a fabulous legacy as to how she actually was away from the limelight. Regardless, she stood strong, faught hard, and had a beautiful voice. RIP Sarah. Thank you for the music. God Bless. X

Sarah has diagnosed ADHD like me and this is how it presents in adults. I'm very similar. Disorganization, Thinking too far ahead, Impulsiveness, Many thoughts at once, Poor punctuality, Inability to be still, Losing things, Highly sensitive to rejection, Mood swings, Emotional, Easily stressed etc. But they portray her as an out of control diva but its just her disposition due to adult ADHD. It's not a weakness either. She's misunderstood. She has a good heart and is bubbly and clever. Instead of understanding her people assume she is fragile. When on the contrary she's resilient.

Halen Sunday You are very honest Halen. How do you manage the ADHD generally, and how are you going these days ? In my opinion Lucy has really let her down or even taken advantage, and pulled out all her weaknesses along with dirty laundry, which is very hard on somebody, and far far worse on public tv. I watched a few living with Lucy programs and enjoyed them, but this one was just really unfair.

Yes I have ADHD too and recognize a lot of my experience with overwhelm and feeling over loaded. I was getting really triggered watching how she was being treated by Lucy and reminded of shortcomings, typical neurotypical response without any awareness or allowances. So what if she was late? Whats the big deal, this is a classic ADHD thing.

Omg I thought she had Adhd!!! in the big brother house I could also tell she had it. Contrary to popular belief adults with adhd can also come across a bit drippy or slow

@@WrestlingFan777 it's well documented that Sarah spoke candidly about her struggles with ADHD so it's not speculation. It's not unreasonable to make a valid comment about the unfair and biased assumptions and snarky comment's that only served to shame Sarah which is unacceptable. I'm not sure who you are trying to defend here but you don't have the right to dismiss or instruct people on what they can or can't write. You may feel you don't know about mental conditions or are unqualified to make assumptions but for those of us who live with ADHD and recognize it in others, it is an area in which we have experience. It's an area of mental health which I have researched thoroughly and know a lot about. No one has made diagnoses here but based on what is in the public domain.

Sarah, always remember you are a strong independent woman with a good heart and good values.

she is soooooo down to earth!! I feel for her so much in so many ways but also think shes bad ass, i just want to cuddle her and also shake her ad say "do you know how special you are" keep being you sarah!!

Sarah seems great to be with

Sarah was and is still my favourite from Girls Aloud. I relate to a lot of her experiences, including neurodiversity as I myself am autistic. She went through so much and had so much pain when she was younger which clearly carried through but it didn’t stop her from being warm, funny and gentle, would’ve loved to have seen her with a but more confidence, such a lovely person. As others have said, Sarah, we still watch you and the other girls and you’ve gained your angel wings. 💖💗💝💞 x

Watching this, I see a few similar qualities of myself in Sarah. We came from the same generation and had similar issues growing up. I had quite a sad & lonely childhood, and was a tearaway in my teenage years, getting in with the wrong crowd, too. It's really sad to know that such a beautiful, genuinely down to earth & gentle soul has sadly passed away. RIP Sarah, gorgeous girl! You're sadly missed...😢❤❤❤

I wish she had slowed down maybe the stress didn’t help her in the end cancer is a lottery and doesn’t help if your body was under attack from stress. I can relate to her as I have the same personality you can actually feel the stress doing you harm
