I like a lot of the Renaissance films, but new films like Frozen, Tangled, Princess and the Frog and Moana have been a lot of fun and have captured a lot of the magic of the older films. Thanks for the watching!

Well,,, she wasn't even a princess to begin with. The thing is that Mufasa or Sarabi didn't know that Simba had a crush on Nala, or she didn't have a crush on him. If they did, they would've allowed both families to unite as one. Though Zazu predicted that they'll get married just because he kept seeing Simba and Nala together, never knowing they're just friends. Anyway, I'd Consider Nala as a 'Queen'. Kiara is who you should consider princess. She may be created by Disneytoons, but come on, give her props for her role

So, Sarafina was still alive when Simba returned to take back the throne? I always thought she died during Scar's reign. Guess that throws THAT theory out the window. Thanks, Isaac, for clearing things up. Looking forward to seeing who Nala's father was.

It was probably scar most likely

Nala's father is senzou, after sarafina gave birth to Nala, senzou went to the jungle to do something but sadly hyenas attacked him and lead to his death, they are from the Rouge lions, Nala and Kovu's father are happened to be the same pride. Kovu's father is Uxolo and Nala's father is senzou.

the electric knight Mufasa is Nala’s father. If you think about it, there’s only one male lion in the pride. So, that makes Nala Simba’s half sister.

Nala’s father was part of the Lion Guard if you watch The Lion Guard, and apparently saved Mufasa when he was a cub

Disney has an official list of princesses based on a couple criteria. they decide who gets to be a "real princess".

Well, Elsa and Anna aren't counted as Disney Princesses either because of how the official roster is set up. It's just a label made for marketing dolls to little girls. Once a profitable movie with a princess comes along, one of the princesses will either be booted off or they will be their own category like the "Frozen" gals. We can only be sure that Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel, and Belle will stay on the roster, because they're all iconic. But honestly, do you think that Rapunzel, Tiana and Jasmine have permanent spots? What about all the times we've added princesses who then were nearly forgotten and no longer a part of the lineup? I say forget the princesses. I ask where's the Horned King and Ratigan on that villain lineup?
