Hey idk if this will help but, three months ago my boyfriend and I broke up, after a month of crying I got up and started my life again, my grades went up, I went more outside with my friends, I was just a lot happier. My ex and me stayed friends and were in the same friend group, three weeks ago we went with 2 others to the cinema, I planned to sit next to my friend but he took place there, we were holding hands again, he put his arm around my shoulder and said that he wanted us to be together again. So I started to get feelings for him again and I thought he did the same, that Friday after school I confessed my feelings and he declined me so hard! So I started crying over him again but loved him too much to say that we needed to stop being friends anymore. A week ago it all happened again but this time I ended the friendship, I blocked him on everything so there is no way to come back! Now I'm feeling well again and I am going on with my life. You should do the same, he isn't worth it, and yeah it's gonna be hard bc he's so amazing, sweet, funny, and handsome, but there will be someone that will be so much better and that will give you the lover you deserve! I hoped this helped you!

This sounds like a song I'd hear in the back of my parents' car on a muddy and rainy Sunday night, going home after a trip. Pretending to be asleep as we pulled into the driveway, even if the car lights were bright. Giving hugs as I was walked into the house, watching their car slowly drive away, saying goodbye and crying myself to sleep with my stuffed animals because I just missed them so much. The good ol days Oddly specific but true. That's the kinda vibe I get from her songs, so specific and yet it feels so nostalgic and real.

I just hope that I will finally heal or if my child will get heartbroken, and he’s the person I tell them about. Let’s hope we get through it. It really hurts cause I didn’t get any closure whatsoever. It’s actually breaking me like crazy. The date that would have been our 3rd year just passed...... I have no idea why but I still have that hope in the back of my head that he’ll come back. I’m pretty sure that’s just the denial kicking in.

As someone whos been in a situation similar as many of people have been, I gotta admit this song hits close to home. Amazing job turning negative emotions into positive creations in songs as beautiful as this. My little sister recently got me into tik tok and I absolutely fell in love with this song- like honestly, where was this when I was going through MY break up back in December?? The melody and lyrics are so beautiful and heartbreaking, it truly describes all the emotions I went through during that time. When I see people using this song to portray their pain on tiktok, I literally just want to give every one of them a hug.. and if you're reading this right now and you just happen to be going through a break up, I PROMISE you that you are stronger than you know, and you will overcome this. Trust me- the heartache, the tears, the sleepless nights, I've been through it all and it's just something you need to deal with in order to grow. Life goes on and it has a way of bringing the right people in your life- even the most unexpected person can come at the most unexpected time and make you smile again, and before you know it you've forgotten all about "that night" with the wrong person.
