The deadpan delivery of the critique on Rashida Jones was priceless, and trumped in comedy value only by the "she should change the locks on her doors" that followed. LOL

Actually a little bit frightened by how many people didn't understand that Sara was kidding about Rashida... she wasn't even that deadpan.

i love that Rashida Jones is directing and the production method of hiding cams and going for PURITY in the public reaction. Love the concept and so going to use this video with students when they need to be inspired or encouraged to stay strong.

I think it is funny how you young'ins act so surprised to see Rashida Jones directing this video and keep referencing her stint on Parks and Recreation as though it were her only credentials. She should know a LOT about music and direction since she grew up tied to the music industry. . .you DO realize she's Quincy Jones' daughter, right? Great video and song btw.

It's amazing how many people don't wait until the end of the video to comment.

I'm a 40+ father of two teens from London, UK and I love the video and this song has been on my play list ever since it came out. Still love it as much as when it first premiered. Makes me smile and dance whenever I'm feeling less than.

Kelson 13 good point. I didn't think much about it, but I might have thought they rehearsed the part at the end, or maybe decided on it right there at the shoot, but didn't rehearse the solo dances. But they did their job, I think the viewer is supposed to believe that they spontaneously broke out into dance without rehearsing?

Yes, I think you're right. Their solo dances are meant to portray that they each spontaneously broke out into dance. It was all planned, of course. But it is intended to be taken otherwise by the viewer.

Love the video, love your attitude and singing, you need more songs like this.

Sarah, you sing this song with such passion. Its so inspiring and uplifting. It makes me dance every time I hear it...and I look like a frog in a blender. No rhythm. I'm mostly an 80's fan but this is at the top of my chart. THANK YOU! I love it!!!!

What a great and powerful voice! I always heard and loved this song on the radio, but I never knew the title of it until a year later in 4/2014. I love this song and it's message! Great job, Sara!

oh my gosh.... if you havent seen her live.. you HAVE too!!! Her voice is like a million angels in your ears... lol... really though... the second her mouth opens... you could hear a PIN DROP in a HUGE stadium... everyone shuts up and listens to her... its amazing... SHES amazing.. and sounds EXACTLY like she does on her tracks.... maybe even better in concert :)

As for Regia/Regina goes, to quote another poet, "I Don't Care! I Love It!" We're always our own worst critic. As far as your video & lyrics, I have just one word: Great, Wonderful, Inspiring, Endearing, Edifying, Uplifting, and what a gift to start the morning. I would actually like to see one more, probably too late now but I think it would be cool to see how you choreographed the dance in the studio all the way thru until the end with a few memorable shots out on the street. 2 Thumbs Up!
