If only it wasn't the same year as Hamilton.... this show would have gotten the awards it deserved.
Still so annoyed they didn't win the Grammy's. Sara nailed the music and lyrics for Waitress so hard for a first time Broadway composer-lyricist!
And yes, she did step into those shoes and in the end, in the movie of the Broadway play, Sara was absolutely phenomenal!!! She’s so talented….🎭☺️
I love that Laura is a full-on musical theatre fangirl, but at the same time she has the ability to totally keep it together and lead a good interview.

Brittany Glenn you think so? I felt both Sarah and Jessie were kinda annoyed with her or at the least not very into the whole interview tbh. But that’s just a vibe I picked up watching this.

Floored by this interview. Really missed out on being there in NYC when this was being performed.
Great interview! I like that Jessie is still good with pie!😂🎉 OMG! I did not know Adrienne Shelley was the creator!? I first saw her in an awesome indie film named "The Unbelievable Truth". And was a fan ever since. What happened to her was disastrously and horrifyingly tragic.

I did have a brief moment when I actually thought they were a couple; 'When I began to pursue her... romantically'. I got so excited because I just imagined a lifetime of the two of them singing romantic duets and working on shows.

Jessie was the first Jenna I saw and will always be my favorite!
Now she’s done the role twice and did it great.
