I don’t like ulupua’a but it’s the way you tell us n how you cook it , so I invite some friends, I cooked it remember what you said don’t be afraid to handle it. Turn out really beautiful. Your version or method of making the chop suey with hot water boil for 5 minutes then turn off is the BEST One Nicholas . You genius ! Thankyou so much . I like it and love it ❤️. Coz I always do mine boil like that in hot water ha,ha,ha, 😂🤣. Love You 💖 Dear and GB. Thankyou

I always knew that the Samoan chopsuey taste different from the one I make. Now I know why...you don't soak the noodles and you use different types of salt....I just found your page today and been watching them and love your cooking ....you make it look so easy....thanks so kindly for sharing your beautiful cooking ...I have never use pork...only corned beef ...steak n chicken....I'm gonna use pork belly for our Sunday lunch chopsuey n follow your way....thank you so much. I’m so looking forward to making this but I have to wait until all the seasonings come in from Amazon. We only have couple of stores here in Juneau Alaska and they don’t carry any of that.there is only me in my house, I think what you cooked on this video it would take me a year to eat it all. Can I freeze any left overs and how long will it last.Going to Costco tomorrow to get the pork belly, I can’t wait.

OMG the stuff I needed to make this came in today,there is only me and, can’t make all that you did. I hope it turns out good,also if there is any left can I freeze.I don’t know what I did but it came out to salty but, I ate some I will eat it I don’t like to waste food.

Alfreda Caudle 💝, yes you can freezer them and when you want some just warm it up in the microwave. Sorry yours didn't come out right but you have to be careful with the Salt because the soysauce is very salty. Ohh so you put the soy sauce in before the vermicelli ? Ohhhhh right I've been soaking the vermicelli in cold water before cooking so it's not a good idea?

I prefer fry the garlic and onions first before adding the meat and then add ginger

I was wondering can I use beef brisket meat?
