Component scrap is like which u will receive for your material from subcontractors Normal operations also u will perform scrap Both are very different

In subcontracting create Info record only create finished material or create raw material and finished material

It depends on your company requirements - subcontracting scenario U can create inforecord for raw materials normally and for finished goods also u can create because some times u procure finished goods as well raw material from vendor

Always end material will be FERT or HALB

Dear Sir, In this scenario , Suppose one Electroplate is fully scraped during working on it . Hence Only 9 L shaped Electroplate will done. But 1 spring out of 10 will un usable which is good in condition . For this scenario what should be done in system ?????

Ram - You have created scrap component in BOM even before sending material to vendor, in reality we don't know if by-product/scrap is generated or not, how do we handle it then?

Generally, we will be knowing either scrap or byproduct is generating Also it depends after receiving material how they gonna use that but technically we are receiving wrt component in BOM

Sure but just u need to check sc vendor check in delivery address in one PO and other PO to receive to plant. Try it, if not I will make a video

It’s purely business bro .... no functionality required U need to follow as per your client Subsequent adjustments- this is taken care by plant
