HI, IS there a possibility to answer my question about the RMA? WHEN YOU ADD THE A/R CREDIT MEMO, ITS THE END OF THE PROCESS TO CREDIT THE CUSTOMER??

Hi Gilles, apologies for the delay. The A/R Credit Memo is not necessarily the final step in the credit process. There are 2 possible scenarios / additional steps: 1. Leave an open credit balance against the customer. That open credit balance could be applied to future receipt of payments from the customer. This many require some manual reconciliations. 2. Process an actual refund (outgoing payment to customer). This requires additional steps within the banking module to create an outgoing payment to the customer based on the respective credit memo.
