Once you add a GRPO, you cannot edit the rows - so you cannot change the qty, item code, value etc. You do have the option to cancel the GRPO by right-clicking and selecting "cancel". This will create a reverse GRPO; it takes the items out of stock and returns the qty's on the GRPO back to the PO - it may even open the PO if it was closed. This option is only available if your sys admin has set the number of days Administration > System Initialization > Document Settings > General tab >> Max. No. of Days for Canceling Marketing Documents Before or After Posting and you have been given authorisation to cancel marketing documents in the Administration>>System Initialization>>Authorizations>>General Authorizations. Can you cancel GRPO with landed cost?

Hi Dexter, To answer that properly, would require a video all of its own. You cannot 'just' cancel the GRPO, you would need to first cancel the related landed costs.
