agree with you. I saw tons of videos so far on EDI/IDOCs. This's the best of the best videos clarifies all doubts in mind. Trainer deserves a big round of applause.

Hi, thank you for this wonderful video. I have just finished the video but I have some basic confusions. What's the difference between EDI and ALE? You said ALE and EDI are tools. So are they diferent products like SAP ECC is a product? Do we need to Install something ALE and EDI? What we have just witnessed is ALE IDOC Right? Do we have different set up for ALE and EDI?

Thanks for this great video! Now what about setting this up for different environments? That is transferring from Dev client to QA client.

It would be the same. RFC connection will be done by the basis consultant and rest of the things are the same.

@@chinmoynanda7059 Dear Sir, @59:10 When you add sender and receiver system in message type, you are able to see both sender and receiver because they are in same system. But when we have different SAP Systems then we cannot see logical system from other SAP System in this list. Then what should we add in Receiver System here? Kindly help. thanks in advance.

@@vijaykumarreddy9598 Clause 1: RFC destination name is case sensitive - Check if same format is given Clause 2: You should save the screen BD64 before you generate profile so you'll find here.
