कांदयाची एक फोड घेऊन त्याच्या खोलगट भागात असणारा पातळ पापुद्रा चिमट्याने अलगद वेगळा करा व तो काचपट्टीवर घ्या. त्यावर पाण्याचा थेंब टाका. (हे करताना पापुद्रयास घडी पडणार नाही याची काळजी घ्या). यावर आयोडिनच्या / इओसिनच्या विरल द्रावणाचा एक थेंब टाका व संयुक्त सूक्ष्मदर्शकाच्या 10 x भिंगाखाली निरीक्षण करा. तत्पूर्वी पापुद्रद्यावर आच्छादन काच ठेवायला विसरू नका.
वरीलप्रमाणेच कृती करून वनस्पतींच्या विविध भागांवरील पेशींचे, जसे-पाने, खोडाची साल, मूलाग्रे, इत्यादींचे निरीक्षण करा. मागील इयत्तेत तुम्ही पाण्यातील अमीबा, पॅरामेशिअम यांचे असे निरीक्षण केले आहेच.

Place a dropof dilute solution of iodine / eosin on it andobserve under 10 x magnification of compound microscope.Don't forget to put a cover glass on the papule beforehand.Observe the cells on different parts of the cells plant like leaves, bark, roots, etc. by doing thesame procedure as above. In the previous grade, you have observed the amoeba, Paramecium, in water.
