@@mohinderbhumbla1334 punjabi itself is derived from persian n sanskrit. So indo franca is very much there... The southern punjab speaks it very much closer to bagri dialect. The upper punjab speaks a dialect similar to dogri n so on n so forth. The area we call as haryana today, speaks ahirwali sub dialect of malwai punjabi.. similarly, area in n around chd speaks puadhi sub dialect of malwai

My wife is Urdu speaking they’re from jugadri and Karnal and me from ferozpur and I say to my kids I feel very regret that you don’t speak Punjabi and they don’t know what classic virsa they going to miss if they don’t understand.
