I was a coach at the boys and girls club for boxing and do you think you can quess how many female parents took their kids out of my class because of viewing fight were the announcers were telling the fighters to cheat. Know parent wants to see their child hit behind the head and below the belt. It's these kinds of announcers that makes it hard for the sport of boxing to continue.

for all the people talking about Merchant hating on Mayweather - Merchant praises him over and over in the 5th round. however, listen to the crowd at the end of the 9th round - boring and dull fight. for all the skill of Mayweather, you end up with boring and dull fights. that has always been the problem.

Sosa never won a round up to the 6th. He was done after the 5th. I seriously don't understand why Lederman is always crediting ineffective punching. He sees the aggression but doesn't understand that they have to land punches properly. Sosa was hitting glove and guard the majority of the time and the punches were slipping.

They don't have to land cleanly if your opponent isn't doing anything the aggressiveness will get you a round if that's all there is to score on

@Jordan Flores Yeah, they do have to hit cleanly. Aggression needs accuracy to even be considered effective aggression. Floyd landed the better punches. Aggression isn't literal to just hand out points. It's the person that lands punches and dedicates with their defense. Judges see these 4 categories. Effective aggression, effective punches, ring generalship, and defense are all accounted for. Aggression needs effective punches to be applied, and ring generalship needs defense to be applied. Floyd landed and defensively handled the fight without issue.

Pero si tu sabe que 5iene que matar para ganar pues preparate bien y mata. En arte marciales tube una pelea con um elemento muy muy peligroso que hice practicaba 6 hora diaria y hacia preparacion con karateka de otro nivel. Cuando llego el dia me lo come con yuca.
