Miriam has her point. Justice cannot disclose information about the confidential information entrusted to the Supreme Court. As much as possible, clashing between the separate but equal branches of the government should be avoided. There is a rule, the one who can avoid the clash shall be the one liable. It means the Senate should show think of other way to prosecute the Chief Justice without breaking the rules of confidentiality of the Supreme Court. The SC, on the other hand, is just protecting itself and has the right to defend in this case. Therefore, Senate is liable since it is the one that has an option to avoid the clash.
