i was one of those who thought this woman was crazy in the 80's for there was no social media showing how brilliant she is.. with that i must admit being the one who was crazy believing whatever limited we know about her then. she is the only true senator in the Philippines senate and knows the law.. she deserves to be the next president of our country.. my beloved countrymen please open up your eyes and let this lady be the next president of our beloved country

As a longtime legal permanent resident of the Philippines, I enjoyed and learned alot watching in person at the Philippine Senate Chambers and on TV, the late Madam Senators razor sharp wit and knowledge. Later found out she and I share the same birthdate on June 15th. RIP.

Actually, I voted for miriam in the 1992 Presidential elections against Ramos. She won in metromanila overwhelmingly but lost in the elections.
