Naya just *had it* and it wasn’t the writing, some characters just didn’t have the comedic timing Naya had. She was always the best at her lines, and when the episode called for her to be emotional, she had the acting chops for that too. And that VOICE.🕊

She was not a Lea Michele fan, & not just because Lea tried to get Naya fired when Santana's storylines started making headlines & Naya was getting more & more solos (which was pretty great for Naya considering Santana was originally supposed to just be supporting, not one of the leads with a serious storyline like she ended up)

Santana was always funny but Season 1-2 Santana was the funniest. I love how she invented “sexting” to the masses. There are SO many iconic lines but, “oh she has a family, she’s a Mother!” gets me every time. Something about the way she says “MUH-ther” kills me for some reason.

Naya's acting was always on-point. Her funny lines were hilarious & her serious lines were always perfect... but Santana didn't invent "sexting" & never claimed it was her invention: that was just a funny line complete with an explanation of what she & Puck were doing during Quinn's babysitting date in case there was someone in the world who didn't know what "sexting" meant

"She already has a family. She's a mother!" had me howling 😭

LMAO IT TOOK 4 PEOPLE TO HOLD HER FROM GETTING RACHEL 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂😂 MY QUEEN
