It didn't always used to be like this. Back in the 2000's (here in the bay area) the only really entitled bums were in Berkley. They would legit get mad at you if you didn't give them change, or smokes. Now that entitlement is everywhere here in Cali

We were just there, homeless is a problem there,right in the streets, parks and the beaches.

This should have been taken care of long ago. Remove the homeless from beaches where there are residents-businesses-and working people as well as children and families trying to enjoy the beach and can’t. It’s out of control criminal activity-drugs-violent crimes-robberies-assaults on innocent people and more. We must stop this madness and get our beach back.

I grew up in San Bernardino, before things got to be as bad as it is now. My old house is 1300 sq. ft. and valued at $425k with Perris Hill Park being 600 yards away, which currently has at least 20 tents and people making clothes lines from tree to tree and campers all over..and that's just one side of Perris Hill. Just KZread Perris Hill park now, and you'll even find some people interviewing some homeless L.A. grips who are over there. The guy who did the video was talking to them as of they were pillars of the community..but that's the democratic liberal politics of San Bernardino for you. I'm only 30 something miles away from S.B. now, but nothing to that extent over here yet where I live. San Bernardino's finished if they don't do something about it soon, but the same crap is happening everywhere.

The one attribute I like about the homeless is they understand the news is 100% propoganda and does 'nuthin but programs your noggin.

I'm going to let you all leave and slide it back. Cop says, alight, just don't be here tomorrow. They're lenient in California. In Oklahoma, homeless camping is likely criminalized and not as OK as in California. I see why they come to the beach.

That is not a solution either. Usually that entails drug dealings and abuse. Then once word is out the encampments will be overrun by out of staters. Manage the drug and mental health issues and maybe there would be a decrease in homelessness.

No. The SCOTUS ruled a few days ago that the removal of encampments on public property was NOT cruel and unusual punishment. And they were correct to rule that way. Now, cities can involuntarily treat people for mental illness and/or addiction. That's good for the individual who needs the help and the public at large.
