The fact that emily and ed stand by their word and literally save the exact dollar sent in to spend in this video each year says so much about their characters as people, these two deserve everything they want in life.

For anyone wondering, here is a list of the fish in Emily and Ed’s tank that were shown in the video 🥰🐟 • Electric Blue Acara (the ones Emily called a Ram; they’re actually related to rams fun fact!) • Denisonii Barbs (the long ones with a thin red and black horizontal stripe) • Clown Loaches (orange and black bigger bodied fish) • Odessa Barbs (black fish with dark red in the middle) • Albino Tiger Barbs (orange and white striped fish) • Giant Danios (really fast long bodied fish with nearly iridescent stripes) • Gold Barbs (goldish/yellowish/orangeish small fish) • Kubotai Loaches (I think; they’re the black and white longer bodied fish that move really fast) • Guppies (small almost clear fish with round belly and wide tail fin) Also here’s a list of the freshwater plants they have! 🌱 • variety of Cryptocorynes (aka Crypts; long leafed plants that are green or reddish brown throughout the background of the tank) • Pogostemon stellatus (aka Pogo “Octopus”; stringy leaves at the top right of tank) • Anubias nana (shorter wide leafed plant in the front bottom of tank)

I’m so thankful for you guys!! I hust got my 1st snake ever!! Her name is coco and she is a cinnamon, chocolate ball python!!

Emily and Ed’s dual “fireplace” set up looks so comfy. I just wanna snuggle up next to the fire and play with Cheyanne.

Dewey is very cute! I can tell just from short clips of him that he has a lot of personality. And I'm impressed by Cheyenne's ability to open her own gifts!

Just out of curiosity, has Rex gotten bigger and more aggressive since being in the zoo? Emily used to sit with Rex on her lap but the way she went after Ed just for opening the door, it doesn’t seem like that’s possible anymore. Love her regardless, and the whole Snake Discovery fam!

She did used to charge her door at the old house before they target trained her. I'm not an expert, but I think it's just a matter of them using the pool rather than them using the target training to contain her.

They are great gifts for your animals

I adore the universal phenomenon of calling a pet Stinky 💚 Always love seeing Cheyenne, and I can't deal with how cute everyone else was - Lil' Ed the most relatable; Dewie just immediately taking to his gift; Mitosis rewriting the definition of 'adorable'; Allie being an absolute sweetheart and goblin all in one; Cheyenne with her little sweater, her happy pinning, and Ed (as usual) insisting she should be on the naughty list; Rex launching herself at her new ball and her little lazy foot. I really enjoy this tradition and hope to introduce my young niblings to this channel soon. 💚

When i have the money...im gonna 'donate' to the fish box so all the zoo-pals can have presents next year! ❤

This is my first Christmas without my cockatiel stormy. He passed away around 3 months ago so he missed christmas. He loved it so much she got excited by the lights and dance and sing to the music. So I'm really happy to be able to see videos with birds opening their presents. It's kind of bittersweet. And it makes me happy to see Cheyenne get so much!

We weren't having a good year, even a good days before Christmas but you guys make our Christmas better! The fact that we just saw you and just say Hi from far was so amazing and made our entire rest of December better. Thank you, thank you 💘

This was absolutely adorable! Mitosis was definitely my favorite the way she snuggled right in and just chilled for the rest of the video with her cute little nose peeking out 😊
