It worked on my exact unit as yours as well, I think the selector switch mechanism for the light really gets bad or wears out, Tried your easy mod and I am looking at Green! Thank You

Not sure if you will see this reply since this is an 8 year old vid, but thank you for posting! This worked on my 9090. What isn't working is the amber selection lights. (AUX PHONO FM) and the the stereo light. Got a fix for that?

Nice to hear that it helped in some way. Not sure what the solution is for the other questions but I'm sure you will find an answer on the audio karma.org website. I might be able to look inside my unit and grab some high resolution shots for everyone.
