Just picked one of these babies up last week, super build quality and I mean top notch... I have a busy cafe and have had a few high end machines... San remo haven't skimped on build quality... makes amazing coffee quietly. Love it.

So awesome to hear! Do like how quiet it is too, and the steam valves, plus the colour options :)

You said lets address the elephant in the room: The price! Then you never tell us what the price is and I can't find that anywhere. I'm looking for something around 2k-3k, and I have no clue if this fits in that range or not. Not sure how you noticed that big 'ol elephant, but looked right past it. Haha

I hear you, we are based in Australia and the price here is around AUD 4600 however depending on where you are in the world the price does vary. This is why we don't mention price, yet I do see your point. Mentioned it in the video as this price is on the high side for a heat exchange rotary pump machine, when compared to other leading brands. A link to see these machine on our site is: www.coffeeparts.com.au/coffee-machines/san-remo

@@CoffeePartsTV $4000 in Canada. CAD $1.00 = AU $1.11, thus AU $4447, so what explains the difference? For us home brewers that is a lot of money. Furthermore, my HX Izzo Alex with identical features was CAD $3300 (with a much larger 3L water reservoir.) My steam wand is also cool touch and WAY more 'flexible' than the SR. These discrepancies do not look good on the industry; we are watching.

Hi - have you an opinion on the Sanremo cube over a rocket R58? On the fence between the 2 and not sure which way to lean. Cheers

Great review. Only thing missed was the sudo PID conversation I think. Great job though one of the best reviews I’ve seen

Hello what to do you think about the spaziale Vivaldi 2 and la cimbali junior? I’m craving for a video review.

Had a look and played with it when first released, passed on it and settled on ECM Technika V. Too expensive for what it is, steam wand irked me, steam and hot water knobs/levers won't be a many people's thing and it just looks a little too toyish and gimicky overall. There was quite a bit 'form over function' in it for my personal taste.

You left out even more affordable machines than an E1 Prima or LMLM. I’d take an ECM Synchronika or Lelit Bianca over a Cube any day.

Definitely a few options at that price point which we will review in time, another would be the Rocket R Cinquantotto. ECM Synchronika is cool too :)
