We stopped teaching German as a foreign language in American public schools during World War I because it was unpatriotic to learn the language of the enemy. Russian isn't offered much as a foreign language option in American public schools. I believe after this, most American schools will phase Russian out as a foreign language option. 😐😐😐😐😐

Я помню, когда в 90-е годы в Россию приходили компании, там было сложно начинать бизнес. Теперь, когда это так, западные компании, такие как Apple, Ikea, Mac Donalds и другие, не возвращаются в Россию, и компании не инвестируют в Россию. Что вы думаете о течении времени и например у русских телефоны стареют а новые не завозят?

Это будет проблемой, однозначно. Можно предположить, что развитие в стране сильно замедлится, это правда, по сравнении с другими странами. Вероятно, будут другие продукты, может не такие хорошие. Прогресс есть всегда, потому что люди хотят жить лучше.

@@glendasperling5672 It's already 30-40% inflation on foreign car sales and no more parts. Over 600 companies have left. But many Countries are dependent on Russia fertilizers and planting season is now. Ukrainians are dying so horribly. I cannot imagine the cold of winter, no food or water, no electricity, nowhere to live and bombs dropping with bullets flying everywhere. Even hell is not this bad.

sanctions and companies leaving are two different parts...xD the companies leaving cause they do not want to support russia anymore. Sanctions are right now focussed on oligarchs and leaders of russia...if the west want to hurt all russians we could do it very easily...but that would cost 5 million russians lifes...cause we could stop medicine supply which would destroy 75% of the russian healthcare system...and 5 million ill russian would die in some months

Ordinary Russians are ENTIRELY to blame for what is going on. It is not only now that you keep silent. You saw how that terrorist usurped more and more power for years in your country and yet you did nothing. You have been aware of the huge discrepancies in the quality of life between the citizens of big cities and those from rural towns (bordering with destitution) and you did nothing. Those people are not to blame, because life is hard enough for them and I don't blame them. I blame YOU. You - residents of cities, who do not see past the end of your noses and only mind your own interests (despite having some kind of "window" with the West, despite travelling and being digital savvy). Before you say I understand nothing, because I am a citizen of a "Western" country and I don't know what living in a regime like that looks like, let me tell you - we lived under such regime till 1989. Never again. None of us is God to judge individuals. I know about the persecutions faced by Russians these days. What I am criticizing is the attitude of the majority of the society both now, but mostly IN THE PAST (before the "screw was tightened"). I am aware that a lot of anti-Putin protests in Russia have been taking place over the years, but why have they failed? Because not enough people supported them. Everywhere people back this or that political party, but if I learned that my neighbour, or my child's teacher or anyone else were arrested for simply having a different political opinion - a red lamp would turn on in my head. And I would be ANGRY. VERY ANGRY. And if 140 million citizens got angry, there is no way they could stand no chance against a single madman, no matter how many policemen he called to protect his a$$. Besides, those who live in Germany face no persecutions - as I imagine. So, for God's sake, why are we seeing pro-Putin rallies there? Are those people also scared and brainwashed by propaganda?

People are getting arrested by police over there just for holding a flower or a blank paper as a form of protest. People will not go out on the streets with millions of people together only in small groups in which they get arrested by police. Also the older generation have been brainwashed for years and get in to arguments with the younger generations who do know what is going on. Normal Russians on the street dont want all of this to happen at al, so they are not to blame. There is only one person to blame and you know who that is. Which country do you live in where this was an issue and how did your people resolve this ?

Я понял, что Вы написали. А теперь хотел бы высказать своё мнение. Надеюсь, что политики западных стран поймут, что нельзя нарушать взятые на себя обещания, а именно нерасширение НАТО на восток. Надеюсь, что лидеры США и их союзники поймут, что нельзя вмешиваться в дела других стран, финансируя протестующих и антиправительственные группы. Надеюсь, что жители западных стран поймут, что США с союзниками не могут вторгаться и уничтожать, бомбить и убивать жителей других стран (ИРАК, ЮГОСЛАВИЯ, ЛИВИЯ, СИРИЯ). Надеюсь, что жители западных стран однажды узнают, что от рук их правительств погибло во много раз больше невинных жителей, чем во время операции России на Украине. Надеюсь жители западных стран поймут, что вся их свобода слова, свобода прессы на самом деле не работают: потому что все российские каналы на ютубе теперь заблокированы. Это называется, цензура. И не надо говорить, что они заблокированы потому что это пропаганда. Именно для этого и было создано понятие - свобода слова и свободы прессы. Люди должны сами решать что им смотреть, а что нет. Надеюсь, что люди на западе поймут что дискриминация это плохо и что тезис "у преступления нет национальности" тоже не работает, иначе как обхяснить остранение России из спорта, соревнований и так далее. Отстраняют людей лишь только потому, что они русские.

Ты хороший человек, Наталья. Но причина, по которой эти компании покинули Россию, очень печальна. Многие люди в России верят пропаганде, которая отравляет российское общество, но остальной мир видит преступления, совершенные российской армией. Noone in Europe will forgive Russians for these terribpe things that only remind of nazi germany in XX centrury. Your country is finished, sorry.. it is just that Putin will not admit it to you. And we will rebuild Ukraine. We will rebuild it stronger, more beautiful and we will make it part of EU. We will make business with them , not Russia. Just want you to know that for me down here in Australia I support Russia and Russians. I don't believe what we hear in mainstream western media at all. Certainly I do not agree with sanctions imposed upon Russia. Am with you and Russia in spirit.

I believe in facts, but facts are often distorted by the media, it all depends on how they tell the story. I have more faith in myself and my loved ones. Everything else is contradictory.

@Elisabeth Trump Suggest very major care in what you see in the mainstream media. In all things but especially Ukraine right now. What the mainstream media portrays what you are calling genocide is a staged event. Designed as an illusion to invoke outrage in those watching. It is up to the individual to recognize the deception for what it is. The outrage needs to be directed against the entity that creates the deception of the illusion. This is not Russia. These are the Atonists who control mainstream media, the vast majority of countries, their Agencies and Corporations. Their military industrial complex. Covertly. Under the disguised charade of the puppets put in front to so called lead the countries. You probably have no awareness of the Atonists. Their hidden nature for multiple millennia is very largely why they remain powerful and able to create warfare then stage the blame onto others.

Ask Labrove why was he laughing when asked by russian Journalists if they would invade. Yes he was mocking and laughing like a little boy, saying those are lies from the west: The fact is that a few days later the truth came up. Use your brain then.

It’s not bad enough. You guys are still walking around with lives to live. When it’s wiped out like you guys wiped out Ukrainian towns, I’ll be satisfied.

Буча -постановка украинской пропаганды.Если бы вы умели думать и логически размышлять,то задавали много вопросов.Например ,почему на 12 сек.,у "трупа" двигается рука?Почему ,если людей расстреливали,нету луж крови?Почему трёхдневные трупы ,выглядят так ,словно их убили только что?Вопросов много,но ваши СМИ их задавать не будет и вам не даст их задать.

@@aleksa550 Вы смотрите слишком много голливудских боевиков! В реальной жизни все несколько иначе. Банальность зла, банальность смерти. Но если бы это была постановка, то она бы была сделана так, как вы это любите, - у лучших традициях кинематографа. Ведь Зеленский же знает толк в этих вещах? А насчет "двигающейся руки" в зеркале автомобиля, то этот эффект был пояснен самым первым. Обновите методичку!

@@Eye_in-the-Sky никогда не любила и не смотрела голливудские боевики,считая их глупыми ,с полным отсутствием логики и здравомыслия.Зеленский -актер,но то ,что у него проблемы с сценариста и,доказывают его гастрольные выступления в парламенте Израиля и Греции. То ,что движения "трупов" выдают за блики и грязь на стекле-чушь полнейшая,при замедленной повторе чётко видно как,так называемый,"труп "поднимает руку.Да и сами ВСУ или кто там был,подгадили украинской пропоганде,сняли на камеру зачистку в Буче 2 апреля ,где очень хорошо видно,что в тот момент на той же улице не было никаких трупов.И да,движение руки было видно не в зеркале машины,а сбоку и повторю,при замедленом повторе чётко видно как "труп" поднимает руку,нос наверно зачесался.
