Cause that suit awaken Germa 66 experiment for all the Vinsmoke family to make their bodies immune to any weapon attacks. Which is why Sanji threw away that suit since he feels that is a monster like his family

Usopp's whole schtick is that he wants to go to Elbaf. Elbaf used to have problems with the previous lightning fruit user. Oda has been rubbing our noses in Usopp Vs Enel since Dressrossa.

Nope, Oda actually based Sanji's siblings on the original source material for the Power Rangers franchise, Super Sentai. Sanji is more of a Kamen Rider, due to most of his move set being kicks.

Since Law seems to have a similar age to Sanji and the comic is out when Law is young, it is safe to assume that the comic is out when Sanji AND his sibling are still young. Perhaps the comic is just propaganda by the dad to showcase what he plans to make before he knows how normal Sanji is 🤔.
