Yes it is (only when blade is rotating)! But I usually made this around 5am, went upstairs, chill and woke up to a fresh made bread. Cuz its the only available time, and appropriate while everyone is (still) asleep upstairs (kitchen is downstairs) Rotate (got sound) - proof (no sound) - rotate again (got sound) - proof (no sound) - bake (no sound) - finish

Can you please share setting instructions? I don't know why mines fixed so I just have to turn start button. After this I have to reset but I don't know how.

Ya, just add ingredients, machine akan start and run semua processes automatically until siap bakar. So yeah, tray/baking pan yang sama..

yes! 11 = sandwich loaf

3 cups of bread flour? What on earth is a cup of flour? A tea cup, or a pint mug perhaps. Use grams as everyone else does.

Sir, in Malaysia we use the typical measuring cup, this recipe (stated cup, not in grams) is taken straight from this bread maker manual too

With Bread flour, 1 cup equals 136 grams which is also 4.8 oz.
