Criminal Investigator of the Silver Spring Police Department, Derek Ford, has been sitting on the same case for years. He has ran into nothing but constant obstacles and berating for not leaving the case behind. No matter who or what gets in his way, he isn't going to stop until it's solved.
This short film is the culmination of a years worth of planning and filming (and another year of editing to come) which definitely makes this the biggest project I ever wrote/worked on. I couldn't have done any of this without the help of Rowan University's Cinema Workshop where I was gratefully able to serve as Vice President for the 2021-2022 year. The only downside to making this film with them is that I will not be able to release the short film on KZread until I premiere it at the school which will happen in April 2023. Still, it was a wonderful and stressful experience being able to direct a big film crew. I recommend to anyone not to write, direct and be cinematographer all at once, it's really stressful and will only distract you from other things.
This project means a lot to me so I hope everyone enjoys it when it gets released next year. Thank you to everyone who helped on this project. I love all of you.
