papano yung mga cover lang ni Maraiah na tumatak na sa mga tao? syempre may respect parin sa original, Pero talagang minsan talaga nabibigyan ng justice nang mga nag cover kasi may sarili silang interpretation. Exactly! I think that's what young singers are lacking of. Magagaling silang bumirit katulad niya, pero di kasing feminine at sweet ng quality ng boses ni Regine. Regine's voice is very versatile. Yes she's known for her high-note singing pero, super sweet din ng boses niya. Halimbawa na lang ang Araw Gabi, ang sarap sarap pankinggan sa tenga unang lines pa lang ng pagkanta niya, napaka femine, napakatamis.

This is not a hate comment for Katrina V. ..pero if you compare her to Regine medyo malayo..siguro yung taas ng boses ,ok pero sa quality ng voice?no one comes close to Regine...Kay regine makikinig ako kahit di sya bibirit..which is lacking sa ibang singers..just my opinion.She is "the Regine Velasquez" she is more than a belter ,she is untouchable .

So far, this is the best version. Same key and technique sa latest version pero mas lighter yung atake niya dito, mas smooth, di mabigat bawat paghinga niya bago bumirit. But yeah, Regine is Regine. There is nothing that I can do about it. A Queen, indeed.

Katrina's tone is not as sweet and as beautiful as Regine's...she can imitate the belt but not the tone and emotion.

papano yung mga cover lang ni Maraiah na tumatak na sa mga tao? syempre may respect parin sa original, Pero talagang minsan talaga nabibigyan ng justice nang mga nag cover kasi may sarili silang interpretation. the crescendo of the "kung kaya kong iwanan ka" line is the greatest of all the greatest parts of this performance.
Grabe sobrang blessed ng ears ko naabutan ko yung prime ni Regine nung 90's and 2000's..
Only Regine has the "sweet" girl tone even at high notes! Her voice is like an eternal young goddess of music!

Exactly! I think that's what young singers are lacking of. Magagaling silang bumirit katulad niya, pero di kasing feminine at sweet ng quality ng boses ni Regine. Regine's voice is very versatile. Yes she's known for her high-note singing pero, super sweet din ng boses niya. Halimbawa na lang ang Araw Gabi, ang sarap sarap pankinggan sa tenga unang lines pa lang ng pagkanta niya, napaka femine, napakatamis.

This is not a hate comment for Katrina V. ..pero if you compare her to Regine medyo malayo..siguro yung taas ng boses ,ok pero sa quality ng voice?no one comes close to Regine...Kay regine makikinig ako kahit di sya bibirit..which is lacking sa ibang singers..just my opinion.She is "the Regine Velasquez" she is more than a belter ,she is untouchable .

So far, this is the best version. Same key and technique sa latest version pero mas lighter yung atake niya dito, mas smooth, di mabigat bawat paghinga niya bago bumirit. But yeah, Regine is Regine. There is nothing that I can do about it. A Queen, indeed.
2022 and I still go back to this video.. Grabe si songbird tlg.. damang dama mo yung feels sa atake nya sa kanya pero d nasasacrifice yung quality ng boses at paghit sa high notes kahit apaw sa emosyon! Wala kang katulad Regine.
