San Pedro and Sacred Knowledge; Eric's Journey Part II

The second part of an interview with "Eric" about the experience,
healing and spiritual insights after working with the sacred plant
medicine Wachuma (San Pedro). In this part, Eric takes several deep
spiritual journeys into the heart of the Templo de la Luna where he is
taught profound lessons about life and the universe. Later, Eric
discusses integrating what lessons he has learned from Wachuma and how
he plans to thrive in his life.

I'm doing San Pedro next month in Ecuador. I already did two aya ceremony's. It's very true that you have to do integration work after the experiences. This is because our brains are hard wired and set in patterns, so we have to keep re-living and revisiting our ceremonial experiences and remembering what we got out of it over and over again. It's amazing to me how mostly everybody who was ever connected to the mass conscious energy all share the same revelations and the same answers. This stuff is real. It's crazy. Nobody understands until they experience it for themselves.

origindirewolf You integrate the lessons that the plants gave you by taking time out for yourself to reflect on it. The weeks following a ceremony I try to meditate and spend more time in silence and meditation. Journaling is good too. The medicine continues to work through you even after the ceremony is finished, the spirit of the plants has left an energetic connection even after it leaves your system. You can still continue to communicate with the spirit of the plant through meditation and spending time in nature. The medicine only shows you what is already there. During ceremonies you see things more clearly and you come in closer contact to your higher self or you are shown that your higher self is there and always has been to guide you. So after a ceremony it's good to spend time with self to recognize your higher self and to build a relationship with your higher self. I have also found that working with an energy based therapist who is aware of the benefits of these ceremonies to be very helpful in the integration process. Through this process of building a meditation practice and a stronger relationship with your higher self you will be able to keep the spirit of the ceremonies alive longer and see life with clearer eyes and therefore integrate the lessons of the ceremony into your life. Sorry that was so long, I hope it helped

thank you for this. Remember the gentler lover does not just mean with your girlfriend or partner. The gentle lover is who you are in life.

Wow, I just had my first san pedro experience and although the details were not the same, I related to this story. Before going into the ceremony I had no idea about ancestors. But during the experience, I was introduced to them, I was so fascinated by them, I felt part of them, I felt I was one of them.. it then dawned on me that all the indigenous are not even the first people. They are descendants...descendants of Lemuria and Atlantis! This was huge..I felt I came full circle, I was from Lemuria and was now reconnecting with my own roots and all the other beings..time did not exist and this experience was happening past and present simultaneously.
