It's roughly 380 miles and 6 hours between LA and San Francisco, but we finally made it. On the way we saw lots and lots (and lots) of desert. We also saw orange jump-suited convicts being transported in fire vehicles (apparently that's a thing in California - goo.gl/obkSGF). However, we made it and we have to say, it's really easy to enjoy this oddly tech-centered city. Plus, the weather is a bit more normal for us.
