This is San Fabian in Pangasinan. It is located on the northeastern part of Pangasinan bordered by Rosario, La Union to the north, Sison to the east, Mangaldan to the southwest and San Jacinto to the south east.
San Fabian was founded on March 23, 1717. The town used to be called Angio, and had been a mission territory of friars of the Dominican Order during the Spanish era. The town was named in honor of a crusading Pope, St. Fabian, who ruled the Roman Catholic Church for almost 13 years during the reign of the Roman Emperor Dictus.
