They were great in reflex! The Devs have been updating legends and getting the ruts tighter and more accurate and they're in a much better place now but always room for improvement 💪

Alive was my favorite. I remember being able to throw the most gnarly scrubs and whips in that game. And now it just feels like I can’t do anything. Or the bike wanders in the air and it’s so hard to bring them back. The track degradation was so good too

​@djcontour always thought Reflex had the best ruts and degradation if any MX game thus far, including even Sims like MX Bikes and MX Sim?

Literally the only issue this game has is it was built around the first release. When bikes weighted less than a ballon and every section was 150ft jumps. Now since it’s been patched it’s like the everything is perfect then you get in the air and immediately go 1000x farther than you’d expect

Yeah true, there still needs to be some tuning on the physics side but it feels like they’re improving. Especially around the clutch boost strength etc… they’re listening to the feedback which is good 👍

God these games are so satisfying along with Trials

Seeing the controller input definitely helps to see your control. Tbh, ive been playing legends for a little bit now and the physics imo just feel weird, like sometimes the dirt just feels like ice and you slip right off when making a tight turn. Then again im still getting used it. Untamed is my favorite game btw.

Yeah it needs an overhaul so bad. I can cope with the 250/450F but the 125 and 250 2 strokes hurt my insides they're that bad.

How do you get around the turns so smooth 😭

Yeah they've recently redone the scale to better suit the physics now too.

for the time in between releases the physics are lacking heavily

Your control is fantastic it’s so easy to lose momentum in legends but I think it feels great in the place it’s in 🎉 Only problem I see with the video is you’re riding a 4 stroke 😢 Keep up the vids though very satisfying to watch

I wish the whipping the bike was like mx vs atv alive. You were able to toss the bike sideways lol

For 1, wish they could bring back sounds from mx vs atv reflex, the 2 stroke sounds and 4 stroke sounds were 1000x better back then vs now. Secondly, wtf happened to a slight bit of realism, you basically float through the air now with a tiny blip of the throttle wtf

How do you gain speed so fast and keep traction?

Combination of using manual and clutch boost for speed and with traction, a good rule of thumb is if you're sliding, you're going to fast. Also, play with your tyre setting to find that good feel. I use 0 or +1 for tyres.

Rainbow had a job advert for someone to help in the audio department a while ago, so hopefully some sweet overhauls coming through soonish.

@@pixelfodder Was either softer suspension I believe. I was racing my friend and found landing was a lot better and I didn’t get rag-dolled off a perfect or decent landing as much edit: I dont have dlc bikes and have been using the starter bike so far, softer suspension or anything that helps with impact absorption seems to help

I don’t get why they can’t make it to where we can whip the bike around as easy as reflex STILL. Mx bikes still wins.

Yeah it would be nice if they got the gyroscopic procession right, like in MX bikes.

2502stroke only right here I’m telling y’all... I like the 450 but goddamn it’s so fucking boggy it’s a whole different motor sound you need to learn so you can pop the clutch at the right time so on and so forth. it should be the exact same as 250f with maybe a slower rev limiter and a deeper sound then the 250

Yeah it’s a big one they still need to fix. The 125 might be the worst sounding bike in any video game.

Maybe i am not yet play this game, but i think LEGENDS are a bit closer to MX vs ATV UNTAMED😂its just the upgrade version, at least for graphic

Yeah would be great if they could. I think the issue is the sims are very barebones, in terms of programming, and are being kept alive by the community of modders. Those two reasons alone are unprecedented on consoles and mx is niche as it is so it doesn’t get the same money these other games get unfortunately.

@@Bakedbeanz0 haha yeah ronron has been in the discord explaining how all that works but long story short I think he'd prefer a system where you can break traction, powerslide, highside etc but it's all about implementing it in a fun way the average Joe can easily pick up too. It would be great to get more non moto people into our sport... These games can be a catalyst for just that 🤞🏻
