The funny thing is that in the samsho neogeo collection, they still haven't added the translated story cutscenes and dialogue to the English version of samsho 5.

In this instance she was instakilled cause the green meter was full and Mina having a weaker defense value overall. There are also other ways to boost damage, like rage and counters.

Because for Vsp they had some storage issues or something like that. The special part of V is just balance changes.
How can I play this in Retroarch for Ps3? I mean, if it's possible. Also, do I need a CHD or Rom File only?
