in case it can't wipe. Try wiping one of them first then wipe another one.

BetaTech بيتا تك Hi. I think it should be the same way as Samsung Wave II but you couldn't make Wave 3 to use an Android ROM though. Except some developers managed to do it then it's another story.

Hi. If you mean the way to get Twrp and to install some custom Rom. You can find some lists from forum.xda-developers.com/samsung-tizen/general/list-android-roms-samsung-wave-gt-s8500-t2842566 Though in this era, I recommend you find a better android phone rather than this one since the android phones nowadays are very cheap.
