Had the exact same issue. Cutting the power for more than 10 minutes and cleaning the front drain filter out worked for me. Hope this helps someone in the future. 🙂

Why did that work? That shouldn't have worked. I had my oscilloscope out and the thing fully disassembled, and cleaning the drain worked. I didn't even have to power it off. How is that even related?

Same thing helped me last time no power. Cleaned filter out again this time and still can’t get it to turn on...

Go back to the old days, get a twin tub, washing machine with separate spinner, built to last they were.

Hello was this ever resolved? I have the same issue. I have replaced 2 boards so far being the control board and the main pcb. Replaced drain pump and the door lock mech. Still with the same issue.

I have the top load version, and I’m STRUGGLING to figure out what’s going on with mine as well. It doesn’t seem to be washing correctly. At least not like I’m used to. Quarter spins smh

Has anyone figured out the solution for this? I have a Samsung WF365BTB. I replaced the main control board - still have same problem. This company has sure lots its way when it comes to quality. Its really sad.

I have the same washer doing the same thing I was getting code 5e I did try to drain from filter and hose no water came out I looked in the filter opening had a very small baby sock in there

Unplug and pug back in wait 30 sec did the same thing mine is working like a charm

Well this describes what is going on with my washing machine

Check your breaker!!!! This was our problem. No error code but our did the exact same thing.! It didn't throw our breaker but. Thank God it was in our laundry room. I kept saying I heard a clicking noise and I just happened to be right next to the breaker box and boom 2 faulty breakers. Glad my husband knows what to do and how to fix it. If you see any arching about your breakers that's the problem. If you don't have a clue call an electrician.

On my Samsung washer in the screen it's say LE and it won't do much. Any suggestions?

One of three 1- board , usually capacitor damage 2- tachometer ( sensor attached on motor that returns rotation speed) either disconnected or damaged 3- power filter ( capacitor) that regulate or absorb power noise usually first device that power cord attached to

Any luck getting this fixed? Mine is doing just about the same, except mine after powering off will not turn back on unless I unplug and plug it back in because the door is still locked. I have replaced the door lock switch, the drain pump. The technician said it is the control board or the inverter board. Not sure if I want to spend $300 more for parts if it won't fix it.

I have had a sensor replaced. Something on the door replaced sealant not sure what it was.. the motor replaced ! Through our Lowes protection plan and it’s still happening! Help! We VER been going to the laundromat for 3 months now waiting on this to be resolved! Now they are sending someone else out just to make sure and file a report before they replace my washer 😧 I’m going to try this filter thing and unplugging it to see if I can fix it myself 👍🏼

I am having the exact same issue. Did you find a resolution? Mine is still under warranty but we are down for 4 days until a tech can get here.

It ended up being the computer is what I was told. I passed this washer to someone else to deal with.

@@flexor212000 he probly means the main board. Everything else is a sender or what not. I'm trying to fix this same issue currently

I have same problem. Washer is less than 5 years old ! Too much tech. built in to the machine.

I have this same.washer and problems..it will wash and fill to rinse and then stop and not rinse out, drain or spin. I changed two control boards and nothing worked. I spent so much money on this crap and can't enjoy it.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Just shuts off and makes a clicking noise. This set is entirely to high for it to be doing this. I should have kept my regular set for this foolishness. And my warranty has expired!

You need open top panel and you can see some kind of sensor whith wires on the drum you need to check
