Thank you! Excellent video! I'm still afraid to try it, but I will. I just remembered I have a very old tablet with a cracked screen and think I will use it for practice taking off it's screen. I will def be watching your videos! I was going to try and find an American narrator as I sometimes have a hard time understanding what is said when anyone speaks with an accent, but I had no problem with your speech! Great video - Question: I'm looking at replacement screens on Amazon and now see that there are 2 options, a clear touch screen or a complete LCD with touchscreen. It looks like you replaced the LCD in this video. If the glass is broken, can I replace just the touch-glass the same way you did this repplacement?

Thanks for this, used this guide to replace my kids screen. Works good. Forgot to put that little metal tab with the screw back in, too late now.

Hello, do you mind give me some advice. I replaced the screen for my tablet. I checked if worked fine by connecting the flex connector to the new screen, I worked fine. When I glued the screen on the tablet and turned it on it didn't worked. It does turn on I can hear the sound of the notifications and when I plug in the charger. Do you have any idea what could have gone wrong. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for this video. I try to fix it but when i opened the tablet, i broke the connector lace that connect the lcd screen...so i just bought one ...i'm waiting for it.

I presume this is replacement screen that contains the LCD? And to replace just the glass is not so simple? Just trying to make sure I purchase the right replacement screen to be able to carry out the repair myself
