@@memoahmed4743 give it at least 2 weeks dude. Use normally how you would use it. Mine definitely improved. Went from 5-6 hours of screen on time to 7-8 more or less. And I have everything on 1440p @120Hz etc...

Thank you for the tips. But how about increase the amount of the battery-capacity? 3700mAh for the S22 is too small for a 2022-flagship with all the features.

@@Saythe your S20 FE is a 6.5 inch Smartphone. Of course it has a bigger battery capacity. But how about the customers who don't want to have a 6.5 inch, 6.7 inch (S22+) or even a 6.8 inch (S22 Ultra) big smartphone just for a bigger battery capacity because they prefer a more handy smartphone. Samsung could have put a efficient LTPO 2.0-display which can handle a 1 - 120 Hz refresh rate into the S22 instead of recommending to lower the refresh rate to 60 Hz. Also, they could keep the battery size of the S21 (4000 mAh). This would led to a better battery life for this beautiful phone.

If I use 120hz it can go from 120 to 1hz, but if I use 60hz it doesn't go down to 1hz to save more battery? I don't understand that 😐

yeah lol. thats why i sold my s22 ultra and bought the iphone 13 pro max after 10+ years of samsung phones and will never go back. the 13 pro max is so smooth, fast, and the battery life is AMAZING. So satisfied with it

Thank you Samsung for your tips to minimize battery drain. My suggestion for next flagship phone - big battery with better battery life - please work on heating issue. Why is Samsung struggling to fix this. Phones like One Plus manages this even with lesser budget phones. Please fix these at least, otherwise there is no point of using flagship Samsung phone paying thousands of dollars.

If possible allow us to upgrade battery on our own expense for s22. The phone is good but because of battery. I regret the decision.

@@zahir_ytt my friend who is also a samsung expert told me to do this and it worked on my device (M62) i.e. the One UI has no more lags and stuttered especially in terms of transition between apps. but I didn't asked him any further what's the mechanism behind this troubleshoot.

Hmmm. Is it me or SAMSUNG shouldn't consider changing the motion display in 'STANDARD' because on the first place why would you incorporate a 120hz if you cannot use it all the time. Why do you have to make compromises. 😑😑😑

Please work on your operating system. Your flagship lags even when opening and closing applications. Or when you open the notification curtain. On the iPhone, everything is as smooth and optimized as possible. Work on all this and on animations.

All these things to do. From experience, I'd just do one or two things, and then buy myself a battery limiter (I use Chargie) so I can maintain my 80% charge limit to extend the life of my battery for long term.

Next s23: 2000 mAh battery, and it's your fault not setting the screen to 360p/15fps that the phone dies in 2 hours

Battery life on samsung s21 fe is so poor, even i left it on idle only no heavy usage at all, in fact only 10% or less of usage and yet the battery drain so fast. In 1 hr i can lose 7 to 10%

just spend literally 10-20 dollars and you have a MUCHHH better phone. You dont need a original Samsung charger, there Are better options snd you can use a regular USB on the phone too. USB C charging is kinda just a feature.

You must finally upgrade the batteries in the S22 and in the upcoming generations! Putting a so small battery in the S22 is disrespectfull. Iphone 13 and 13 pro, are also compact, but they have a much better battery life! You should make compact flagships with decent batteries! You can still make the s22's battery life to be at least a little bit better through software updates. Do it! And add some battery to the S23!

I own a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, seriously the worst phone that I've ever owned. Last night, I was listening to music (Apple Music), and talking to my friends on an app (Discord). The phone got up to 102° (39°C). My battery also drains like crazy. This phone's software is also bugged, I will be getting a replacement S21. From there, I will sell it and buy an iPhone 13. So done with Android. (To add on, I had an S21 before this one, also faulty. The battery only lasted me 3 hours, this S21 that I have now temporarily, seems normal now.)

are you serious Samsung? Do you pay €1300 for a smartphone to have to make concessions? on 5000mAh batteries and more? The battery of my S22 Ultra is very very bad it's just unacceptable. Every year it's always the same.

Yeah, but frankly Samsung has work to do in the battery department. The battery of an iphone of equal age will outlast your S8 yet they cost the same amount.
