Purchased a full suite of Samsung kitchen appliances. Never again. Stove - this issue Refrigerator - infamous ice clogging issue Microwave - clock loses two minutes a week, peeling at edges Dishwasher - blades break, occasionally faulty moisture leak detection so it won't run for a few days

Thank you so much - I googled previously and I found I had to replace to the board for over $400- so glad I found this video! I’m glad I watched the whole thing though because I didn’t realize I had to unconnected some wires before taking off the board. I got to see it go back together though and that’s the important part. Much appreciated!

Thanks for the explanation and video. It looks like a repair that we can do ourselves. Great job Alex and Alex’s dad! Update on our installation of a replacement digital clock. Our son helped us with the installation and found it more difficult than we expected to unplug the cable on the back of the broken clock when removing it Also, 2 of the black plastic hooks that held the old clock in broke off. We used electrical tape to securely put the new clock in and everything is working well.

Ours is flickering as well but I can live with that although I am wondering whether the flickering is a precursor to a complete failure meaning the stove would not be usable. Has anyone waited until it fails? Secondly, what kind of assurances does anyone have that the replacement display doesn’t start flickering a year or two after installation as they are likely all from the same manufacturer.

It's a Samsung and on the display you can see really light background lights flickering, like the time and everything I am using looks normal, but in the background you can see flickering other symbols that aren't being in use. Is this what yours was doing? My stove looks like your exact model. Is it the same situation??? Thanks!

Did you find a solution or did doing the same thing as this video helped? Our's is the exact same issue as yours and seems like it's a common issue going around when I was looking at the Samsung community board site, the mods just tell you to PM them your model and stuff for help. But seems the consensus is to buy the range part that cost around 100 dollars to solve the problem.

I have this stove. The construction seems pretty solid, but I'm on to my 3rd repair on this 4 year old stove. The control panel led just started flickering, so that needed to be replaced. 2 burners have bad sensors so the hot burner light stays on, the only way to repair this is to buy new burners. $100 or so each. I'm on to $300 repair for a 4 year old stove. That's ridiculous.
