Yes, you've done that right, the original protective foam became sticky because of the age, we only need to remove or clear the glue with alcohol or any means, no more sticky effect affect the function of the magnetic trigger. Then the problems of paper jam would solved. Sorry I don't have time to translate that with English subtitles...

Thanks for your comments Tony, I don't have time to put the subtitle on the video during that time . The key point to fix the error is that the original protective foam on the tigger became sticky because of the its age, we only need to remove or clear the sticky glue with alcohol or any means, no more sticky effect would then affect the normal function of the magnetic trigger. Then the problems of paper jam would be solved in such cases. BTW, my spoken language is call Cantonese which is the most common dialect used in Hong Kong, the other will be English or Putonghua (Chinese) . ;-)

I am so pleased to see a Chinese person doing the demo on this subject haha! It's just that my printer is of a newer model, but eventually I managed to pull the paper out. I will not recommend Samsung printer in the future. The paper jam problem happens from day 1!!! Its a new printer for god's sake.

Samsungs are overrated. It was always sh*tty brand. Xiaomi is much better. Chinese products are getting better every year

Thank you, this fixed the same issue (paper jam whenever printing with more than one page at a time) on my SCX-4623! Took a bit of extra disassembly as a circuit's in the way. What I understood is that the electromagnet seen at 9:05, should hold the metal close to it when current is going through it, and release it when the current stops, but it was a little sticky and the metal stayed on it for a half second until the spring pulled it away. You just need to clean that, I also applied a bit of talc powder. I'm not sure if greasing the gears is necessary. Reassembled and it all works!

The white lubricant is better, the time I don’t have, so I use the yellow one which is for metal rather than plastic.

IF IT IS PAPERJAM/OPEN DOOR 0 just clean the gummy roll in the middle which grabs your fresh paper, mine was dusty, Use your finger, or a bit of bubblegum to get it all away. In the middle, approx 1 cm is a drum which grabs your paper.

What did you do? You put electric black tape to the upper side of the sensor?

I have scx 4300 model.. when i give print command printer take paper and action like print but blank paper out without nothing print . Print not giving any error

Sorry I don't have that model, but if they have similar issue, the problem might be the sticky-form near the trigger that trigger the immediate stop of sending paper module, please check if there are any triggers near the paper roller 😅, you may find a solution of that.

Once I have time, I would put English subtitle on it for easy reference. Thanks for the reminder.
