Why do you put heat when removing the small glass pieces? Why dry the liquid you just applied?

Because there is glue between the glass and the screen, and it can be separated without damage by heat and pouring ethanol

It's a mess yes but if you do it right then you can make a lot of money because glass+oca costs around 3-6 dollars depends which model then you add working costs, local costs electricity etc. And charge from costumer 150-300 dollars. If you doing it right then you will make a lot of profit.
