There is no this information from the printer. You have to search the internet.

You have changed the roller of the tray, it rotates soft or hard

The roller is always hard to turn.

Can anyone advise on how to service or replace the MP Tray pickup roller on a Samsung ProXpress M3870FW. It won't take an envelope from the paper feed slot in the MP Tray.

I don't have a video about it but wash the roller with polypropyl alcohol first. It could help.

Purchase another new toner. It's a cheap accident. Possible your old toner is damaged.

Sir, can you help me please? I have a 3875 dw ,i have the error Jam paper into the printer but there s nothing . I can make copies but after some there you go again the error. Any idea what it could be ? Thank you

@@MrRicoh it's posible Samsung Xpress 3875 dw dont use selenoide ? we did not see one where it was souposed to be. It could be another part in this model that does it's funtion? Greeting from Cuba
