How can i proceed if my samsung note was not recognized by my pc? I have the tool

I have scrolled through so many KZread videos. And in the end all of them sucked. This one was straightforward download the program install Samsung USB software. Plug in my phone, typed in the code on the keypad, ran the program and the phone did everything itself, restarted and opened like it was a brand new phone. THANK YOU 😭
