One and the only reason to avoid this phone is Exynos processor. If Samsung phone comes with snapdragon or mediatek chipset then it is win win situation

Then you can go with Samsung A15,it comes with mediatek dimensity 6100+ chipset, Samsung A series performance is better than M or F series

My mom has m31s has 3 yrs m31s, and it has exynos 9611 and it runs free fire and new state with ease in ultra graphics

Mine had a software update issue. Seems a lot of users had it. The motherboard needed to be replaced in order for the phone to work again. Worked well for two years until I updated and bamm! Samsung didn't do anything about it, even being at fault. I loved that phone.

I have m42 5G with snapdragon processor. It recently started having Bootloop issue(automatic restart similar to issue with Exynos processor). Point being with cost cutting the quality is always compromised.

I am using M34 5g but 5g network is not working. I have tried to update it to the latest softeware version and setting. it only work 4g+ for me.

I Have Also Sam F34... I'm not biased..but still the phone is very Good..Play Call Of Duty Which Is Approximately 10 gb.... according to me Exynos is good..after the extreme heat the processor struggle.. that's it..other wise very capable processor...

Go to nearest service center with bill documents. Most probably it is a Motherboard fault.

1. Ghost touch ... Happens when you use a cheap ass charger brick that messes with the digitizer. 2. Hang issue - poor management with no solid evidence.
