Im also in the medical field in El Paso. I'm Hispanic but don't speak Spanish lol so it's really embarrassing for me when people speak Spanish and I have to tell them I don't speak it. They look at me like I'm an embarrassment🤷‍♂️

I work in the telecommunications industry and naturally work with people of different ethnic backgrounds. This is by far my most favorite feature im looking forward too. Bridging the gap on language barriers is game changing!

This phone quality is perfection.There was incident when I threw the phone but it didn't break(reason: My anger issues) but the phone it didn't even power off it was perfect it's been 3 year and I'm still using it this was my first phone ❤Samsung M21 abd the new caused Samsung phone models shocked be like flip phones 😳 and the camera quality of Samsung S23 omg Big fan of Samsung products. Samsung is ur reading this tha k you so much for mu first phone which such a great quality, and if u dont mind can u please send me new phone even I want to click pic of moon 😊

It's a great feature for the new Ultra 24 phone, but I really hope there will be a software update that includes more languages, such as Arabic, Dutch, Portugese, Swedish, Finnish

Should both phones be s24?

In my opinion. Well I know that it doesn't work so good I'd say it's adequate at best. Or better than nothing. I believe that it may get better overtime. The reason is that many people whether they know it or not speak with the use of slang or have a sort of varied language that the interpreter can't recognize. Spanish and English are two of the best examples of this change of meaning according to the region you are in. Even German or Dutch has many dialects that propose an issue. However I found that you can kinda understand in a general sense of what the person is trying to communicate to you. But if lets say it's about business or any other type of important call. This is definitely not accurate enough to use. As I said before it's definitely better than nothing at all. I'd say it's sitting somewhere around 50 to 60 percent accurate and that depends upon the languages that are being translated. In all honesty there's a ton of improvement to be made before I could place complete confidence in the interpreter or the live call ai. I realize that I may come across as being a bit critical but I'm not. Actually I'm trying to be honest as possible. This should be used for casual conversations only because it makes multiple mistakes in a single sentence and over a whole conversation tons of mistakes were made. I originally thought it would improve the more I used it but only very slight improvement was made. Despite all of these findings I still have been impressed by how it has been implemented by Samsung. Hopefully Samsung will continue to make improvements in the future to at least make it more reliable and accurate. Languages are very complex to start with. Understanding that is why I'm still impressed with the ai. But to act as if the feature is an end all be all would be dishonest. Samsung has a lot to improve upon as the ai goes. Will I continue to use it absolutely. However if it is an Important call absolutely not. Test it for yourself and you'll see how inaccurate it is. I know Samsung will continue to update these features moving forward and improve with each new update and language downloads.

If the translation were done using GPT-4 AI, it would be incredible! GPT recognizes all the idiomatic expressions, nuances, and culture of each language! Samsung's AI next to GPT-4 is child's play! I myself wrote this text in Portuguese and translated it into English with GPT! 😉
