Yoooo I opened multiple videos on this phone on new tabs from channel like Phone Arena, yours and etc. I thought I clicked on Phone Arena's review and watched the entire video, damn your skills are good, the camera angle is well, your narration is and review great. It felt like I was watching a million subscribed channel like Phone Arena, etc. Hard to believe it only got 400 views. Awesome job man keep up the good work. Hope you grow fast!

I can't thank you enough for this kind comment. You definitely made my day! I put a lot of effort into my videos especially since I can only really do them late at night because I work during the day and I come home and I have four kids and a wife. So I try to squeeze in my KZread passion when I can. So when I get comments like this it really just makes me feel great and I can't thank you enough for the support!

Thanks for the unboxing and first impressions. Our Z Flip 3 came in early, and I have transferred everything over from our S10. It took a few hours because we have an SD Card on the S10, but I can report everything came over without issue. The settings, apps, setup, screens, and everything on the S10 came over to the Flip 3. The only settings requiring attention are the ones unique to the Flip 3. We have the Phantom Black as well, and, surprisingly, it is not a fingerprint magnet. The fingerprint reader is quick and responsive! I thought the phone would flip open easily, as shown on many other reviews. No flip of the wrist to open ours. It requires two hands to open. I am not sure the color will matter if you get a case for it. I think a case is necessary because of how the phone feels in my hand when opening and using it. I have ordered several cases to try out. I find it a bit uncomfortable to hold! It is a longer device and feels top-heavy. Once you open it, you have to adjust your grip on it. You cannot adjust your grip to account for the additional length of the phone until you open it. You will find yourself doing this automatically when you reach your thumb up for the fingerprint reader. Even when I do this the Flip 3 still doesn't feel secure in my hand. I believe a case might help with this. I do miss not having a headphone jack as I listen to many audiobooks and like having this as a backup when my Buds+ batteries are drained. Due to the screen resolution, you will have larger black space on the left and right of your screen when compared to the S10 or other phones that are not as long. The screen seems to be just a bit narrower than our S10. The Flip 3 comes set up in Vivid. I had to change it to Natural for general viewing and in the video section as well to reduce blooming and over-saturation. There is one setting that is enabled by default which helps to access the menus without having to swipe down from the top or bottom of the phone. I mention this as a side note because it makes it so much easier to use the Flip 3. Just in case it is not active you access it by going to Settings --> Home Screen --> select "Swipe down for notification panel. Battery life seems pretty close to the S10 with a 3400 mAh. We are getting about 9 hours with the screen refresh rate set to 60Hz and using Dark screen mode. I did notice the battery takes longer to charge and doesn't indicate if it is Fast Charging? Fast charging is set up in the options. Fast charging will not be indicated when connecting a Fast Charger as we saw on the S10. It is there if you pull the notification screen down. You will see Fast Charge there if you are using a Fast Charge adapter. For now, I am not sure we will be keeping the phone. I like the ability to fold it and put it in my pocket, for others their purse, or bag but you have to be aware of the gap which could allow dust and other debris into the phone. Some cases seal this gap so it may not be an issue. It might be a bit too tall for those with smaller hands. The extra height of the phone becomes a benefit when taking advantage of apps that use the multi-window function but there are not many at this time but you can force most apps to work with it.

@@javhus Sorry Javed I did not leave it up and running to check that. I was using it like I do my phone throughout the day checking email, listening to audiobooks, and some web surfing. I should have watched some videos to check how long the video would last but after spending hours setting the phone up and knowing it was not the device for us I stopped checking things. I have decided to send the Flip 3 back.

@@gaszerwael2067 Hi, We did not keep the Flip phone. I found them a bit uncomfortable to hold and ours were still working so we kept them. Well, my wife also said she didn't want it LOL. I would recommend checking it out as it might be a good fit for you. I am glad I kept our older S10s for the options they have that newer phones don't. Good luck.

I just got the Thom Browne edition of the Z Flip 3 it's awesome......." I love box 📦 packaging it came in.....wanted the Fold 3 Thom Browne edition, but sold out, but this Z Flip 3 quality built is awesome 👌....Samsung outdid themselves especially with the the Thom Browne collaboration......😏

Hell no! The uag case for the z flip is one of the worst cases for that phone. Literally doubles the thickness of an already kinda thicc phone when closed

@@Kowalskithegreat I think that's the case with any cases when it's closed. I haven't reviewed the UAG case yet for the Z Flip 3 but I did on the Spigen Thin Fit, which is pretty thin. That case even adds some bulk surprisingly. Thanks for the comment. Now I'm anxious to get my hands on the UAG to see for myself.

Please do some case videos with ones that have hinge protection. I barely seen any other than the spigen

Great review. I've just got my phone and so far love it, however, I'm having an issue with the camera on the small closed screen. When I take a picture it isn't an instant click, I get a delay of a circle. Can you help me sort this out please.

From what I can tell from Samsung's online shop, is that the grey is no longer available... Does this mean it's gone up in value as it wasn't available in that option for very long? I hope so, as I have the grey one too!

If I could get my hands on the Z Fold 3, I would love too! Unfortunately, I'm not big enough to get a sample to play with and review. From everything I've seen on KZread, the Z Flip 3 is the right choice for most.

The side mounted fingerprint sensor works very well too

That's a bummer to hear! I really wanted to order the white one from Samsung as well but when I saw it being back ordered I was like no thanks. The way I look at it I can add a white skin to my phantom black one if I want to give my phone the pixel panda look.

Technically the 256gb is $50 more but I personally didn't because I was getting the 128gb for free with my trade in. I never sniff at coming close to maxing out my storage.
