Thanks for the Watch 7 content. Most creators have focused on the Ultra, which is a bit too rugged looking for me. I ordered the 7 44mm for the larger battery. Hopefully, Sammy will have all systems running by the time I receive in on 7/24

I received the Watch 7 44mm LTE variant last Friday. Did a half marathon Saturday. During the 2 hours it took to complete, the watch drained from 100% to 54%, which surprisingly was nearly the same as my Watch 6 (48% at the end). LTE wasn't activated on either watch. Im surprised at the inefficiency thus far. My Gear S would be about 70% after 2 hours. Hopefully, the watch will get an update, or the battery life will improve with usage

@19JustMike83 Battery life is getting better. I did a half marathon today. It took around 2 hours. The watch 7 battery was at 70% at the end. Much improved over the first couple of weeks

All of you in the comments... This is the smaller 40mm watch. That's why it's smaller everything.

I always get the 40mm my wrist are small so the size is perfect for me. I can’t wait to get my new watch,… I traded in my watch 4 for it. Like some one else says here.. thank you for the video on this watch… everyone else is talking about the ultra.

Tbh the galaxy watch 6 astro edition was a bomb it was really good and i was impressed

Beware! Went from 5 Pro to new 7 watch and now l'm completely unable to turn off health app related notifications. The options that used to be available to adjust are now completely missing so I'm forced to be distracted with annoying alerts such as Daily Activities Set etc. I can't turn DND on as I' miss the alerts I actually want. How are we going backwards Samsung!?

can you try exercise and use it everyday let the sweat dry on the surface of your hand, if sweat will penetrate the back plate of your watch. my galaxy watch got damage due to sweat and moisture appeared inside my watch.

Yep, this is correct. They also can't charged with old chargers. The induction unit is a bit more inside because of the new health sensors

I agree. I'm a little confused by the 7. The ultra is unique. But while the 7 maybe newer and "improved" on the inside. The 6 classic looks worlds better! Though I still prefer the look of the S3 Classic

Yes, though Samsung has said that older chargers will cause the watch to overheat more (and possibly charge slower). The new Bioactive sensor changes the shape of the back glass and the arrangement of the components inside, so they had to change the new chargers to work with that.

Do you have problem connecting to the watch? Both OnePlus 8t and Nord 2 doesn't work for me. According to Samsung Support it's almost only Samsung phones that would work, due to new AI function. So I guess I have to let the watch go back. Pretty crappy they don't tell this

I already have the watch 5 pro which gets 5 days of battery life and the watch 6 classic which gets 3 days of battery life so the watch 7 is a waste of my time since it still has poor battery life and lag. The ultra is too geared towards health nuts so spending $650 on a watch that I'm going to disable the gimmicky health features of is a waste of money for me.
