Props for actually showing that you have to transfer the lil Wacom module thing from the old screen to the new. I think yours is the only repair I've seen that even bothered and that makes a huge difference. Great job on the vid

@@LopazIRL Yep, that's the one. There are a bunch of screen replacement videos that don't show it at all. I feel bad for anyone following one of those tutorials who suddenly find themselves without s pen functionality.

@@LopazIRL Yeah, that one is good too. It looks like they call it a digitizer, but it's the same thing. It's that little square they transfer from the old screen to the new one

thank you this really helped me the part that really surprised me about buying a replacement screen was that the touch chip is not included with new screens so you have to remove it using a heat gun and then transfer it to the new screen I bought a new screen from Ebay sellers. My first screen order was not functioning properly, but the second one worked perfectly. If you experience any touch problems or image distortion, it's the screen's problem and you must return.

Where did you buy the replacement screen?

I noticed that the new screen in the video has preapplied adhesive which is applied by removing the little papers. That's super awesome. I had to use B7000 to glue my screen back onto the tablet.

Where to get all the new adhesives? are there specific type? or we can just use double tapes?

Make sure to test the spen, I replaced the lcd, everything works fine but the spen does not work
