Thank you, I had disabled way to many apps which prevented the performance S5 Neo. I was able to reset without losing any previous apps etc.

Don't worry,my friend.Hard Reset works on all Samsung phones.

Das klappt nichts kann da nur irgend ein scheiß runterlasen oder normal zurück gehen das sich das Handy wieder normal einschaltet wow 😒
