+Shane Horne i have a gs5 neo and it is wonderful. it has great camera, battery is the same to the normal s5. and it has very good performance. so do some reserch before blurting out.

watching this in my s5 neo! best phone for me!! the display and battery life is great!

I have the s5 ne and it's amazing, very fast. And the camera is amazing.

Thanks for the awesome review! Very clear video and showed the most important features without talking too much statistics like most phone reviewers. Ive decided to go with the S5 Neo! Thanks again.

Great video. But may I ask for a comparison video between the M5 & the S5 Neo as they have roughly the same screen size and same price range concentrating on speakers sound/loudness, benchmarks, general performance, GPS lock, battery life and general camera quality/speed/features/low-light. Cheers.

I had this phone for 3 years & just now upgrading to the 2019 Samsung A70. Other than poor battery life (from it being so old), my S5 Neo has been nearly perfect!

I have this phone for a year now. I'm happy with it everything works perfectly. The only downside wich kinda annoys me is the backlip.. it makes cracking noise and stuff. It bothers me at first but now i live to deal with it.

I prefer the s5 neo for lots of reasons, I used tge s5 and s5 neo and I see the neo is the best, its battery is amazing , fast, smoot, new device, a real flagship... you will not worst

I have the s5 neo I've had it for about 9-10months now and it's my 2nd one first one I had the button made a horrible cracking noise and wouldn't work half the time took it back got another it was working perfect for the first few months then it starting restarting it's self, going really show, lagging, wouldn't charge unless it was switched off, I ended up with problems with the button on that one too, It went in for repair a few weeks back I have it back and so far so good working fine they have changed a lot on the phone, even gave me a new back to the phone lol but I do really like the s5 neo I don't know why but I was gutted when I had to put it in for repair lol.

does the neo have air view air gesture and smart pause!

In other news, I'm loving the Nottingham accent!!

The performance of the s5 neo is comparable but often less than the s5. The improvements were in battery life hence why the s5 neo CPU is slower and some other things.

So shod i buy s5 or s5 neo

Tech Trinkets Ahh shame on Samsung. The phone has great specs but again let down by non-updates.

This might be good, but the normal S5 is STILL the superior device. It simply has more capabilities than the Neo (IR port, fingerprint, USB 3.0 port for super fast data transfers, 4K UHD and 1080P60 smooth FHD recording. Less questionable software decisions.)

The s5 neo

3:51 learn to use the light meter. Your hand becomes a reflector on the S5 as you moved from the S5 Neo to the S5 thus showing a slightly higher reading the the S5. Both the S5 Neo and S5 use the same screen. Duh... There is a reason why there is a MOUNTING hold on the reader... smh...

Can't decide between S5 Neo or LG G3. They are in almost same price range now. G3 299€ and Neo 340€.

when testing Lux of the screen, you where on two different websites, there was no control in your experiment, there fore it was invalid. wether it is true or not i don't know, but there was no control so i wouldnt be able to tell from this test.

i have both phones and i think s5 neo is better than the original s5

the camera is different to the s5 it has the same camera as the s6

I've been using the S5 Neo for 2 weeks now and here are my observations on downgrades. 1. They removed the Private Mode for the S5 Neo. 2.The screen is not quite defined and the lower "buttons" get in the way when you're operating your phone, taking you out form the app you're using or opening the multi window option. 3. They removed the camera stabilizers and lots of features. 4. The sound is dreadful, the calls sound terrible and hurt the ears, when using speaker phone, you can barely understand what is being said because the sound is really dirty. 5. The two fingers swipe down option was also removed. 6. Again, the sound on calls is horrible! 7. I don't trust my battery cover, it seems to be asymmetrical and i just don't want my phone to drown when in contact with water. Summarizing, i can't wait to sell this crap phone and get the old S5. Besides that, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PHONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

i noticed Thea phones speaker makes the back cover vibrate which is anoying as hell

S5 neo is like s6 lite. Its OS is the same as s6 but less powerful.

They are both ip67 not 68

the S5 is IP67 while the S5neo is IP68
