@@TehEpicKilljoy Sent a mail to customer service; asked if they had any info on the problems for their cases. They replied with new batch, and if you go to their homepage, the ArmorPro and ArmorAir is listed as pre-order. A little delayed it seems; first it said to be shipped 28.feb. Nownit says 08.March..

Hey, Can you tell me please what Amazon reviewers are saying about the MagSafe not being aligned to the charger and not charging properly? Also, is the camera lens rattling? Please let me know. Thanks! Because im think to buy benks armor pro or spigen enzo.

Evening, everyone! What would you consider the best aramid case, magsafe and with at least decent protection? Benks seemed as the perfect; Thinborne and Pitaka looks a bit to "open" on the edges. Enzo not magsafe..so..whats left?

Hello. Thanks for review. I wanted to buy said case, but many people report rattling noises of camera guard and wrong position of magnets, unfortunately. What's your experience with those features?

Finally someone that makes sense of the rattling noise every single complaint I’ve seen is blaming the case they don’t think phones do this

I have 0 issues with my magnets but some are reporting issues unfortunately

Just a follow-up on the comment I left previously on the issues I was having with magsafe. I have now received a replacement case from Benks, and I'm pleased to say that magsafe is working perfectly. I'm not sure if they have changed the design, but I had to wait for a few weeks for a replacement because they were having a new batch of cases delivered.

does your case still rattle around the camera area? my previous one rattles and i could physically shake the metal part easily. also does your magsafe charger now sit higher than the earlier version?

It still rattles, but I think it's just amplifying the normal rattle from the camera lenses. It also rattles in my mous cas, although it's not as noticeable as with the benks one. I've compared the two cases side by side, and it's not obviously higher than before. I'll have another look later though.

So I just got the "newer" version a couple of hours ago. The magnet still sits slightly below the center compared to my other cases. Fast wireless charging starts for about 5 mins before throttling down by 80% due to the phone/case heating up like crazy.

Wanted to love this case, material and build quality is amazing. However, magnetic ring on my unit and others is in the wrong location. Wireless or magsafe charging generates a ton of heat. I tried to inform Benks but their customer service has been horrid.

@@bailey2517 it’s the optical image stabiliser that’s part of the camera on the phone, people are now only just hearing it and blaming the case I first heard it on the S20 Ultra when you shake the phone you can hear it

@@PaulRankinYT I didn't have that issue, but I read of people saying they did. I sent mine back though because the mag safe ring is in the wrong spot no doubt. It would have been damn near perfect case minus that.

I ordered the Spigen Aramid armor case and after 3 minutes of usage decided to return it, and ordered the Benks Air and Pro cases. Almost the same design but with magsafe

I 've an issue with wireless charging can't work cause by the wrong position of magsafe ring (below than normal).

No not at all, the only issue is if case manufacturers don’t get the alignment right, can cause issues charging

Its almost the perfect case. almost. only 1 thing missing. the microfiber cloth inside the case. :(
