S22 will get more software updates and the camera quality is impressive! 👍

Great comparison. I think S22+ camera needs further updates to justify it over S21+ since the improvements of the former are mostly marginal in certain areas.

Well, if you had a S10+ or S20+, the choice would be easier, this is why it makes no sense to change phone every year.

Optimization with updates... the s22 will be much better in a few months, samsung is well known for this.

Exynos 2200. Battery life on the regular S22 is mediocre while on the S22+ is is fine

S21 FE has better battery life. The regular S22 is pretty much the same size as the S10e.

Phones are meant to be upgraded every 2-3 years. Why are you already shopping for a new phone when you barely had the phone for one year?

@Swa Sho because he can? Because he wants too? Plus Phones aren't meant to be upgraded at anytime really given that there not a necessity, they're a luxury which means you don't need to upgrade, you want too. The only problem you have with this guy upgrading so early is because you can't

On my S22+ when I use 0.6 x zoom/telephoto the picture is much darker and colours more washed out than 1.0 or 3.0. Is this normal for 0.6?

I'm still thinking to buy S22+ or S21+, cannot decide yet. I prefer the S21+ Violet colour, but S22+ seems slightly better Camera. Which should I buy? S21+ Violet(I love this colour) but S22+ (I don't really appreciate these colours, but Camera performance)

More important factor is how much they cost... if you can get them within $150 of each other, get the s22 however if you can get the s21 for much cheaper, get it instead.

@Zion Lamar '98% the same phone' is just nonsense... Also your comment is 3 months late, in July 2022, the S22 is definitely a better phone to buy than the year old S21 for multiple reasons.

@@JR28. ehhhh depends on how someone will use their phone I think? I've come to realize over the years that a phone that's only a year newer than the older model in most cases the common user is not going to notice or appreciate the very subtle changes and upgrades. It's all subjective to the user at the end of the day and what they want to get out of their phone ya know? Obviously the newer version of any phone is going to be better "on paper" especially how fast technology is moving but to me most of the time it's not worth the huge price difference especially for just an average user. Don't get me wrong though. If I could afford to upgrade every year I definitely would 🤣😂 so I guess it's also a financial decision for most people including myself haha!

I have the s10+ and i bought it on blackfriday of the year it was released, the battery used to last all day, but now with the galaxy watch 3 and my continuous video watching i feel like my battery degraded 🥲 I just preordered the s22+ so hopefully I can tell you how it will be

2:40 The S21+ does not zoom into the main camera. It uses the zoom camera (I just tested it and covered the lenses to see which one it was using) I did test it in low light, though. Great video though!

S21 plus have 4k @ 60 frames video recording, S22 only have 4k @ 30 frames

i Bought recently S21 plus and i belive S22 it s scam, i paid 600 euro and the diference are soo small, if you are a tech geek and your life it s pointless without the last model go for it but if you want a very good phone but 1 year old go for s21 plus it s not a diference.

Depends on where you live, because if you planning to buy new phone, S22 much better because we get a lot freebies from preorder & that price will be worth it instead of buying S21

Don't replace your s21+, it is far better than s22 and s22+ (Trust me), longer battery and less overheat (Snapdragon Gen1 is getting hot very soon)
