They could have done it ...but 4+64GB (instead of 6+128 base) 48+8+2+2MP(instead of 64+12+5+5+32MP ) And an LCD(Instead of AMOLED) And AdUi like most Chinese manufacturer(instead of now feature rich and clean OneUi) 4500mah battery+Not in box fast charger(instead of 6000mah+25W fastcharger) And sanpdragon 730 and could 've Priced aggressively @ 12K Considering Samsung's standards and adding up material costs its good pricing But the mix is bad unlike Chinese Galaxy A51 at 6K discount

Cost reduction. Using their own proprietary Exynos is wayyy cheaper than using a Snapdragon! So, after providing best in class screen, best battery, best software experience of OneUI and brand reliability of Samsung, if they went with a SD chip, price would be 3 to 4k more.... People won't buy it for performance, not good for gaming...They will buy it for the general experience, quality, security and brand reliability

@@mayur_mpd they are able to put 9611 in samsung m21, which initially launched at 12,500. Why not put a snapdragon in a phone which is 7000 Rs. higher priced. I own a m21, not a mobile gamer, hence no complain on exynos. But I wonder why would people buy m31s at 7000 rs higher than m21 with no significant upgrade.

@Laxman Dhotre It is actually trash for the price. OLED, in display fingerprint scanner, snapdragon 730G is all there on the Realme X2 which is 20-21K now(It was 19-20 before the tax hike). The difference between exynos 9611 and 730G is huge. I would've been fine if the 9611 was at least as good as snapdragon 710 in CPU and GPU, but it's not. It will lag behind in performance and it's gonna show in 1 or 2 years even in day to day use. It's not just about gaimg.

Guys, I know 9611 is old but it's a good processor and can handle pretty much everything. I have m30s and PUBG runs at smooth Extreme (I mean I play in this setup) It's not as butter smooth like sd800 series or a13 but it won't hinder your experience anywhere. Unless you're hardcore gamer or something 9611 is alright.

What can i say bro ! I'm not buying it for myself but for my father. He wants a non-chinese phone, so I'm willing to spend a bit more. Would have loved a snapdragon chipset instead of Exynos. Moreover, I can use Amazon Prime-Day discount along with replacing my father's old phone. And I'll probably get for Rs. 16.5K which is decent :)
